REMINDERS
RESALE CERTIFICATES
If you are selling your property, please be reminded that State law requires that a resale certificate packet be obtained by the seller and submitted to the buyer prior to the closing of the sale. The fee for the packet is $100.00.
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FEE (CIF)
The administrative fee is paid by the buyer. The fee is usually included in the closing costs on the day of settlement. If not, the buyer must pay the fee when registering at the office. The fee for 2007 is $318.00 for an unimproved lot.
CERTIFICATE OF SEWER COMPLIANCE
The fee is $25.00 and is paid by the current homeowner.
WETLANDS DELINIATION STUDY
If you are concerned that your property needs a wetlands deliniation - this is a study to make sure that in the building of the
structure you are not disturbing federally regulated wetlands.
