Location: Located on Arrowhead Lake, just past the Main Gate
Hours: 11:00 am to 7:00 pm
Opens : Memorial Day
Closes : Labor Day
After Memorial Day weekend, the beaches will be open only on weekends until the ALCA Official Summer Season begins (late June). Beaches will be open full-time in the summer season (seven days a week), weather permitting.
Beach 1 has several picnic benches in a shaded tree area, a concession food stand with Rest Room facilities, and a boat rack and docking area. There is also a small playground for the kids of all ages. There are two fishing piers for easy access into boats.
No swimming is allowed during thunderstorms or when lifeguards are NOT on Duty.
